Our Companies
Our R&D team is at the heart of what we do at TVL Group, continuously innovating to bring to market the latest vehicle security solutions. The team has over 80 years’ combined experience supported by the latest technology including 3D printing, 3D scanning and using our in-house test facility ensuring speed to market and superior products.
Our Precision Engineering business uses the latest technology in CNC Turning & Milling to bring our concepts to life. With multiple on-site machines we are able to manufacture a range of our products including the patented TVL RepLockTM which has been a factory fit option for the Ford Transit & Ford Transit Custom since 2018.
In addition to precision engineering the capabilities of our manufacturing business includes CNC wire bending, laser cutting, sheet metal folding, tube bending and specialist welding which enables the in-house manufacturing of our entire vehicle security product range. All of these capabilities are housed in one location allowing fast and seamless assembly when multiple machines and production techniques are required.
Our finishing business offers one of the largest powder coating lines in the UK which includes an acid etching phosphate stage, dry off oven and 2 separate semi automatic spray booths, offering high quality finishes in the full range of RAL colours. This enables us to produce high volume powder coating for our products at the highest standards.
We provide a nationwide installation service for all of our products, either using our fleet of mobile engineers or from our network of workshops, located in Brentwood, Loughborough and Swindon.
With VCA N1 approval we are able to offer a comprehensive range of vehicle accessories from tow bars and beacons to full vehicle conversions such as welfare vans. Our ISO 9001 accreditation provides the assurance of our quality standards and this is supported by our nationwide warranty service.
For fleets we’re also able to offer a secure storage compound, with the ability to house +225 commercial vehicles, that is a recognised drop code by many vehicle manufacturers. This enables vehicles to be delivered directly to us from the manufacturer and installation work to be completed prior to vehicle registration. In addition we can offer a PDI service providing a seamless service so that vehicles can be delivered directly to our fleet customers ‘ready for use’.
